Manual Turning and Milling
For one off or small quantities we have manual lathes and milling machines. However our operators are well versed in programming CNC machinery for batch quantities as low as 4 or 6.
Horizontal Boring
Our horizontal borer has the capacity to machine large objects up to 1200mm x 1200mm x 900mm on all four sides, with accuracy up to 2 decimal places.
Precision 3rd & 4th Axis CNC Milling
We have 3 vertical and 2 horizontal CNC milling machines with capacities ranging from 1500mm x 1500mm x 500mm. And our CNC mills are all fitted with 4th axis.
Precision CNC Turning
Our CNC lathe has a capacity for up to 310mm dia x 400mm long. We can set up to do batch quantities as low as 5-10 parts with ease.
Surface Grinding
We have both horizontal and vertical spindle surface grinding machines for sharpening punches and dies, as well as large flat areas. Our vertical spindle surface grinder is capable of grinding flat areas up to 400mm wide x 800mm long.
Drafting & Design with Solidworks
We have both CAD and CAD cam software which allows us to work with your drawings or create drawings on your behalf.
General Welding & Jobbing
We offer general welding and cutting services for mild steel fabrications.
